# Cars and Curry

> Cars & Curry Car Club was born from the heart of Aslam’s Rasoi in San Francisco and Rasoi Burlingame — two family restaurants known for their authentic Indian flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and deep community roots.

What started as a simple love for great food and great cars soon became something much bigger. Over the years, the restaurants became a favorite hangout for car enthusiasts and even caught the attention of actor Paul Walker, whose genuine passion for cars and people left a lasting mark on the Aslam family. His visits inspired the idea that cars could bring people together the same way food does — with passion, respect, and shared stories.

From that inspiration, Cars & Curry Car Club was created — a community that celebrates the joy of driving, the power of giving, and the taste of togetherness. We host car meets, car shows, and charity fundraisers, all dedicated to bringing people together for a good cause and good company.
